Dealership responded to my interest but not as quickly as I would’ve liked. Truck was sold before I had a chance to look at it which is not surprising because it looked like a good truck for good price. I was informed by dealership that it sold & that saved me a 2 hour trip.

The dealer contacted me via text. I called back and they told me the vehicle had sold yesterday. Why text me if the vehicle was no longer available? Also the vehicle is still listed as being available online, which is shady.

David over at reliance’s was great. He was able to work out deal over phone. Best experience I had with a dealer hands down. Everything he said from the beginning transitioned over to the finance department to the penny. Super happy since we flew in from Florida to pick up truck. Dealer sold the truck to someone else and basically blew me off afterwards. Didn’t follow up or offer to show me another vehicle.

Nice ride

Not impressed. Truck was not in acceptable condition for 12k dollars. Dry rotted tires and in need of a full paint job. 45 minute ride was a waste of my time. Marlin was nice to talk with too bad the truck was not what i was expecting

We went to the showroom and Marlin seemed disinterested. he set us up with Gabriel but neither gentleman stated they would address the issues (severe shake at 0mph and up) we pointed out in the test drive and get back to us.

Looks like they have good inventory. They increased the price of an excursion they have and when I asked why the price went up the response was something like "my bosses price the vehicles and I don't know what all goes into that". So that wasn't great...

I did not buy the vehicle but the dealer was great to work with. I was told the truth about the vehicle and I would not think twice about buying a vehicle from them.

Horrible communication, horrible customer service. Lied about needing to run my credit then never called back letting me know results. Would not recommend.

They car was delivered extremely dirty, needed 4 tires, brakes all around, wipers and an oil change. I called and spoke to the sales person Aileen and her excuse was that their in house maintenance person was off. I tried for days to get them to even cover a portion of the cost of the parts but they kept giving me the run around, they even stopped taking my calls. Buying from this company was a horrible decision on my part. I would NOT recommend them.
