6/13/17 - I called and verified that this vehicle was still available for sale before driving an hour to go see it. Left my name and phone number as well. I get to the dealership and I am told that the car was sold, but did I want to look at some other vehicles. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER!!! These guys are slimy...do not make my same mistake! Car still listed as of 6/14/17 as well!

My used car salesman Leo was awful. He never fully explained himself on anything. I got passed the one price, no haggle thing automation is doing, but Leo gave me an okay with the payments and apr, but when he takes us to the finance guy they have a completely different rate. No where close to what we agreed upon. On top of that, he leaves us waiting for 3 hours for the finance guy and he is nowhere to be found! I had to track him down. Really bad experience with him, but Amir the finance guy made up for it. He was awesome and took the hit on the percentage and he was awesome.

Very professional and good customer service. Unfortunately, none of the two cars asvertised for sale were at the dealership. Instead the cars were in transit in Dallas. Go figures !!

Xaiver Johnson was our salesman, and he was very responsive to emails and texts, and not pushy at all. The finance man was also very helpful and not pushy- didn't try to push the warranties, etc on us- but offered them as he was required to do so. I have had past experiences where they have tried to push things on me, and that was very unpleasant.

Very good. Johnnie Navarro showed two autos I was interested in even went to Katy to pick up Escape. Just so happened my son gave my wife his Infinity when he bought a new Platinum F150. Needs were met.

Everything started off fine. They contacted me several times to confirm my appointment. When I got there the wrong salesperson was sent to help me and the car was not there! They assured me that the car was there. I went the night before and it wasn't. I was told that it was sent off for repair and the part had to be ordered. Someone could have at least called to tell me this. Wasted my gas and my time!!!

They didn't really try to sell the car. They were stuck on prelim numbers and not working with me. Ended up going with a better much less expensive car and lower mileage at 7% less interest than autonation.

GREAT PEOPLE! I dealt with Matthew H. Cheapest NEW 2014 Mustang GT 6 speed of all Houston dealers. My mother wants to buy a new Ford Taurus from them now. The Mustang was $26,995 after rebates and incentives.

I had a great experience at this dealership and was helped by Calvin Neal. He wasn't pushy and took time to explain things to me when I had questions. Calvin was particularly helpful with getting my phone connected to the MyFord Touch Sync system before I left after my purchase. I believe I could have done this myself, but it was nice having him show me the ropes so I could leave quicker. Price seemed fair for a fully-loaded Fusion SE Hybrid; I would recommend this dealership to folks looking to buy a new Ford vehicle. I thought it took a while to get through the financing portion of the transaction, but I feel that experience would be similar at most dealerships (lots of paperwork!) so it doesn't reflect negatively on this dealership in particular.

I will never do business with this dealer! The person that made contact with me the 1st time, didn't bother calling me back after I told him my price range and what I was looking for. My money wasn't good enough or enough period,was the impression given! Move on down the road.
