What would prevent my Pontiac grand prix 2006, from starting or saying anything at all

I was trying to renew my radio. And I cut the wires. After that it was all bad

Did you disconnect the battery before you attempted the replacement? You may have activated the anti thieft, if you didn't then you may have blown a main fuse under the hood in the power distribution box.
