Brake rotors

The nakamoto brake rotors I got offline are
slimmer than the original on the car.

Are you using the right ones? I looked on 1A auto that carries them. P/N 55040 are for the fronts, and 55039 for the rear. If still an issue, send them back and use Centric rotors.
