I see where Dealers rate cars on your site, what is the criteria for the ratings, would like to understand the difference from a 3 vs a 5 rating

Usually buyers rate the dealer. I don't think there is any particular criteria between the stars besides what buyers thought of the service they received. Obviously a 5 is better than a 3.
