2004 expedition vibration

I have a bad vibration when going down the road when I accelerate.
Disappears when you stomp on it, but returns when coasting and then give it a
little gas, any speed over 30.  Ford says they never heard of the problem, which
is weird since it seems common. I've been told U-Joint or motor mount. Seems
to be getting worst.  Any help would help.
