WHEN I AM ON THE HIGHWAY, ONCE OFF THE HIGHWAY IT GOES OFF, NO LEEKS,FLUID AT RIGHT LEVEL  I HAD IT PRESSURE TESTED.

Do you mean the low coolant light? The coolant level sensor might be faulty or dirty.
