1989 Camaro RS won't start If It's hot outside it wont click or even try to start and I don't know If It's the starter but it starts easily when it's not hot out

Check the electrical connections at the ignition switch. When things get hot they expand. This can sometimes create a bad connection. HTH. -Jim
