My 2000 ford crown Victoria keeps stalling and cutting off when I stop it's running hot and when I checked it's running out of coolant every day but it is not leaking I checked the oil and it was good

Are you getting clouds of billowy "smoke" from the tailpipe? If so either the head gasket is blown or the intake manifold gasket is leaking. The coolant has to be going somewhere. So if it's not leaking externally, where you can see it. Then it must be leaking internally. HTH. - Jim
