New i20 vs Honda Amaze /Petrol/ 7L Budget Approx/ 30% Highway Use

I am planning to buy a car for my family. My budget is
about 7L and my usage only demands a petrol car. I know
the cars in question are hatchback and sedan. But I am
confused as both are in same price range. I would also
want minimum hassle of ownership.
