I have a 1981 monte carlo automatic, with a V8 , i found a parts car that is a 1985 monte carlo automatic with a V8, are the parts going to swap over ? the two cars look the same.

1981 thru 1988 are basically the same. Header panels grilles and taillights and bumpers are all that really changed.
