How much does a 1979 Monte Carlo with a 305 Weigh?

i got mixed answers about the weight of a 79 monte carlo with a v8, i hope some1 can answer my question!?

According to this page: http://www.is-it-a-lemon.com/used-car-history/chevrolet-monte-carlo-1979.htm, a 1979 Monte Carlo with the 305 V8 weighs 3,169 pounds. But since that page mentions a TV and crushed velour interior, that weight is probably for a modified car. Hope that helps!
