how do I get my key to release from the driver door?

I went to lock my car(in which the key holds the alarm)
and  got stucked into the driver door it rolled down all
4 of my windows and now it won't release the key?
what should I do?

you have keep your key in the door and then click your disarm button 3 times then turn your key to the left only....do not turn the key to the right or you have to reset that key chip at a dealer for $100 what a rip off....but thats how they make money...
