First you have to decide how much you are willing to spend. Gonna do it yourself, or have it done? We have one similar, and we were able to make the engine run with very little effort, so we decided to go for it. I always start by seeing what it will take to make something run before I make a decision. Even if you have to rebuild, it is nice to know what you are starting with. These things are mostly a labor of love, have fun with it.
