Ac clutch relay has no power. Fuse ok

It's probably just low on refrigerant charge and the low pressure switch turns off the compressor so it's not running dry of oil that circulates with the refrigerant. So just get it charged back up. Do it yourself kits are available at parts stores and WalMart.
