Your owners manual (also available on-line) will show what each fuse and relay is. Just look it up.

Sorry CarGurus, you dropped the ball on this one. either there is no starter relay and the ignition wire goes straight down to the solenoid on the starter or there is a starter relay somewhere. '06 CRV owner's manual not showing it anywhere.
