Can you help me fix my car? It turns over, starts for 3 seconds then stops.

Thought maybe it was the theft system, still do,
not sure. We had it going for a day n a half then
stops working again. Please help me.

Sounds ignition/wiring related, you'll have to do some probing and diagnostic work to determine the exact cause. Maybe it's a good time to have your local mechanic look it over for you.
