blame = blink, red circle light = check engine light, flashing check engine light = engine miss and likely dumping raw fuel into the catalytic converter causing damage to it. Do not drive it if the check engine light (red circle light) is flashing (blaming)

24. Anti-Lock Warning Light (ABS) — If Equipped This light monitors the Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS) described elsewhere in this manual. This light will come on when the ignition key is turned to the ON position and may stay on for as long as four seconds. If the ABS light remains on or comes on during driving, it indicates that the Anti-Lock portion of the brake system is not functioning and that service is required, however, the conventional brake system will continue to operate normally provided that the BRAKE warning light is not on. If the ABS light is on, the brake system should be serviced as soon as possible to restore the benefit of Anti-Lock Brakes.

You will have to call a locksmith. Your car theft computer locked and they need to unlock it by reprogramming your cars computer. Your car won’t recognize your key. They will also make you a new key. Just happened to mine. It’s $160 for key and computer unlock. If you need a new skim key then it will be $300 more added on.
