Fender repair!

I have a dodge dart construction year 1974
Searching for the repair of the fender
The parts are welded and bolted down
Unfortunately I do not know how they are called and where can I get it
can anyone help me?

Sweetwater Auto Wrecking is a Mopar yard in Spring Valley, Ca. Ask for Mark the Shark and tell him Dave sent you. (The guy that bought the yellow/black '65 Dart GT from him) 619-475-1005 You're welcome, good luck!
