driver door poer window motor.

Asked by northwestport Jun 02, 2015 at 02:24 PM about the 1965 Ford Thunderbird

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I cannot remove the motor because the window is in the UP position due to a 12volt
problem at the console switchs. Th driver switch works but not for driver side and 12 volts
direct to door motor results in sparks only. I am apprehensive about removing the
regulator bolts for fear it will fall and jam. etc.  Any suggestions? Thanks for considering
question, don
