Did 64 Impala Bench Seats Have Headrests ?

Looking to purchase a bench seat. Wondering if this looks legit for a 4 door?

No. Front seat head rests did not become required until 1969. They were an available extra cost option before '69 but hardly anyone ordered them. The style seat in the picture looks like mid to late '70s. Definitely wrong for a '64 model. HTH. -Jim
