Audio Unit and Steering Wheel Control Unit Problem following Software Update
Hello, I got my Hyundai Tucson 2015 serviced and they updated the software
of Audio Unit and
Steering Wheel Control Unit. When I tried to use it, all the buttons were doing
the wrong functions for example, Volume Up works as Mute, Volume Down
works as Volume Up, Mute changes the radio channel, and so on. Even the
Bluetooth recognizes the mobile as handset and the speaker doesn't work.
They say it's a hardware issue and claim that detected a short in the unit but
I believe this cannot be the issue since all buttons, nobs, switches are
working but with a different function. The problem should be mapping of new
software with hardware. Any idea or advise?
