Engine Overheated: Idle Engine, Service Stabilitrak
I have been having an ongoing "overheating" issue with my Chevy Malibu 2013. Every mechanic I have taken it to agrees that the engine is not actually running hot, and the car actually doesn't overheat with my current mechanic while he has it. However, as soon as I drive it it overheats before I even make it home (I'm about 45 mins away from the mechanic). I have fixed the radiator, the thermostat, fixed radiator hose with holes in them, even had a mechanic attempted to fix the head gasket leak he thought he detected. It's been a long unnecessary road and I'm not really in the position to buy a new car right now. My car also sometime struggles to start up. It turns over and sounds like it's starting but just doesn't make it past the final step. I'll stop trying and try again, sometimes pumping the gas as well and then it'll start right up. PLUS the supposed "overheating". Does anyone have ANY idea what the heck can be wrong?
Extras: the inside lights on my car randomly stopped working a few months ago as well as the rearview camera. I was told I have a fuse outage or something like that. Not sure if this relates in away.
