rubbing in front end after repairs

I have a 2006 Dodge Stratus SXT that has a rubbing sound coming from the passenger side front wheel. We have changed the cv axel on the drivers side  new caliper on drivers side new rotors both sides and new pads  and a new hub on the passenger side now there is a rubbing / grinding / scraping sound coming from the passenger side when the wheel turns. Im stumped and ideas?

How are the tie-rod ends? Brake rotor shield contacting the rotor? By hub, did you replace the wheel bearings?
