Can you help with instructions on how to replace the fuel regulator on a 92 lebaron 2.5 non turbo

Asked by Apr 01, 2018 at 12:18 PM about the 1992 Chrysler Le Baron

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have way too much fuel going into the throttle-body; and, I have been told
that it's the fuel regulator.  I purchased the part but want to know if theres
anything special I need to know about replacing it???

You will need to release the fuel pressure before you disconnect any fuel line. There should be a valve on the fuel rail, like a tire pressure valve, use a rag to catch the fuel when push in the needle. You might need some wrenches and other tools to remove parts in the way or a fuel disconnect tool. Not sure in your application. Check youtube for some help.
