Does anyone know how or know of a website I can check out to remove a steering column out of a 1978 Ford Ranchero GT? Mine busted & I'm having problem getting out...appreciate some help

it's quite straight forward and simple. The column is held up by 4 big studs that are attached to the big metal bracket under the column under the dash. Loosen up those 4 nuts on those studs and the column will fall down, now all you have to do is disconnect the turn signal switch wiring harness which has a half moon shaped plug on the end of it, then under the hood the shaft connects to a rag-joint which is a round piece of rubber(made from part of a tire). There are 4 7/16" nuts that need to be removed from there and then just lift and pull the column up and out.
