EPC help

Hi
I have a Audi A3 2001 1.8T
The car is in epc had a boost leak and is fixed but  
still in epc , every one tells me its the throttle body
but when i disconnected the ground on battery
and reconnect it and turn ignition on with out
starting the car you can hear the throttle body
working and if you press the accelerator you hear
it open and close but then you start the car and no
throttle respone ?? Please help
Or if you know where i could get a throttle body
because ive been looking for 6 months for one
