It took almost a month to complete the sales process and the company called me two days before pickup to reduce their offer by $500.

Good but not great

It was ok they should have explained the whole process. Even when you take pictures of every scratch on your vehicle they claimed that it was not disclosed when they gave the first price and took off a couple of hundred. You have to be available when the first person comes to inspect your car why bother taking pictures and send a video if you are sending someone to inspect it. Then you have to be available for the second person when they pick up your car. If you work 9-5 they do not offer early hours or after hours. The whole process was just ok.

When buying through third party like carwiser , CarGurus need to make a proper communication and then provide a quote . And don’t sent the check until the car inspection is done.

Easy process to get a quote and sell your vehicle. A few hours before inspection was set to take place, got a text saying it had been cancelled but no explanation was given. This was after speaking with tech days before to coordinate and confirm availability. Called customer support next week and they were able to assist. The pick up process was straight forward.

Decent offer, however they take alot of time to pay off the lein on the car, if you're selling a car that has a note on it. i have talked to their support and am still waiting for a resolution.

Car Gurus delivered on everything. However, the guy from the company who inspected my car left the interior lights on after the inspection so the battery was dead when it was time for pick up. Also, the lady from the company that took the car lost the release of lien so we had to order a new one at our expense. It’s not CarGuru who was sloppy but it was a frustrating experience.

Relatively smooth and convenient. Price is not so good
