The whole process was difficult. It was hard to communicate with them and there was a lot of confused information that delayed the process. Once I found someone I could communicate with and understand, things moved quicker, but a FedEx delivery backlog held the process up another 5 days.

Employees were very nice

Slow process from start to final pickup.

It was a drawn out process. If you don’t want to sell it yourself ( Craigslist ) this may work for you. Initial offer was good but like any buyer you will receive a new offer after the inspection.

Having to submit photos was expected.
Then required to submit a self-inspection was unexpected. Then, an inspection by a mechanic. A little overkill based on past experiences with other companies.
The most unpleasant was the difficulty in scheduling the pickup. Had to reschedule three times.

Communication was a little sparse from the inspection to the pickup, and there was a missing driver and then a delay of 3 days for the substitute driver. But the transaction itself was smooth.
