Sale was easy, pickup was frustrating

The sale process was great, with no issues whatsoever. The only negative was the pick up. On the day the vehicle was to be picked up, they did not show or call. This was very frustrating since I took the day off to be sure I was home. I called and had to reschedule. On the day of the rescheduled pick up, no problem at all. Perhaps the problems on my original date were an anomaly. That being said, I’d use CarGurus again without hesitation.

Quick and easy

Easy and quick! We had a check before the driver even showed up! Would of been 5 stars, but… After our vehicle was picked up and sold, CarGurus continues to email me about selling our vehicle. (The one they already bought!!)

Not Prime Time

Your platform is good, but flawed -- all of the human variety.
1. Closing package was sent out late and to the wrong address.
2. Pickup person was late, confused and antagonistic.

Good, almost great transaction

Offer was excellent, but the pickup was scheduled 3 times because the driver would not show up, lost about 10 hours waiting but it finally took place and the money was deposited the next day - no issues. Also sawe that hey paid off the outstanding balance on the loan a few days after. Would give 5 stars is the pickups get taken care of in time.
