Easy process. Best and highest offer of the car buying dealers I dealt with. No hassles.

I was offered a fair price, and the company did everything they promised they would. Handled professionally and when I called Customer Service twice with questions I got a real person each time. They were efficient and helpful.

The whole process went very smoothly. The offer was fair and from the time I accepted the payment amount, it was only a few days until the car was picked up. Payment also came through quickly, which was appreciated.

The process was easy, quick and almost perfect. The pick up was the only hiccup. The first appointment no one showed up or called so I had to reschedule. But once I rescheduled they and left in under 10 minutes. I was paid the amount they said and my vehicle was picked up. Done and done.

This was my first time selling to an online dealer and Car Gurus walked me through the process of selling my late mother’s vehicle. It was about two weeks time including paperwork and pick up.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because of a major screw up on your part. When our car was taken away the person on either car guru or car offer told the driver all is clean and all is good. That was on a Friday morning. I called on Tuesday to find out where my tracking number for Fed ex was and was told that there was a hold up because my wife had not also signed to papers. THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN A RED FLAG!! Someone should have seen this and immediately called us on Friday afternoon or Monday. I had to insist on the fed happening on Tuesday or there would be hell to pay. It happened so all was good. But I know that if i had not followed up it could have been a week or more. Very unacceptable.
