Supposed to get car picked up one day, nobody came. A couple of days later pickup scheduled at 10:00am, car was picked up at 9:00pm. Other than the pick-up problem, everything was good.

The overall selling process was smooth, although we would've appreciated a little extra transparency. There was no agent that could explain to us the end to end selling process or someone that we could easily reach out to. But in the end, we sold our car without difficulty and got paid on time.
