They made the process very easy & uncomplicated. The only thing is you must act fast because, the prices change very fast.

Low balled me but still sold it

The pickup and documentation process got a little messed up. I'm putting that down to the holiday weekend (Memorial Day).

It was a good experience

Everything went well: sale price, documentation, scheduled pickup date. But then our pickup date was canceled twice, and since we were out of town doing this for a decreased relative, I had to call and complain as we were running out of time. Finally the day before we had to leave they found a driver that could actually come and get the car. That went well. Like I said almost perfect. Thank you

Pickup process was a bit of a hassle. We were not informed of everything that needed to be done ahead of time. Person picking up car was nice but pushy
