Overall a good experience. Only complaint would be setting up pick up. Picky about where the pick up was. Got delayed as they weren’t right on top of it all. Letting me know two days before pick up that you can’t pick up in my area was frustrating but it all worked out in the end

Many people involved in the process were very helpful and friendly.

They didn't pay the total owed.
The total is at the bottom.
So will they pay it to get the title or will I have to pay it so it's not late payment next month??

Did turn a very hard decision into an easy exercise. Walked me through each step.

I got an online offer,accepted it,gave my banking info, a nice lady came to my house. She took pictures and a video of the car running. I signed the bill of sale and she drove off. Later that day I had money in my checking account and two days later my bank car loan was paid in full don’t be uncomfortable doing business with them.
