Driver had great customer service. i did not like having to wait 3 hours before depositing check for payment

Pretty simple process

Ok. Did not like the mistake by the pickup crew which held up the payoff by one day longer.

CarGurus gave a fair offer for my 2015 Chevy Traverse. I had an easy Zoom call with an agent from CarGurus to go over the exterior and interior of my truck prior to pickup. The person who picked up my truck did not have identification but a quick call to CarGurus helped me to identify the driver. Watching my truck drive away was a little nerve racking but the agreed upon offer was wired quickly to my lien holder and the auto loan was paid in full. I never did anything like this before but I would not hesitate to sell a car like this again.

An all digital car purchase is great. The first time through the title exchange, bill of sale and payment can be a bit nerve wracking but I would do it again in a heartbeat. They have this down to a science.

Process was easy and quick. No surprises. This is the first time I’ve done this process. If chance ever come up again I will do it again.

Selling my vehicle to CarGurus.com was overall a good experience for me. There were some slight hiccups with getting pick up of my vehicle pinned down but nothing major. Meredith worked closely with me to get things taken care of. I would definitely recommend CarGurus.com to anyone looking to sell or trade in their car.
