Process was smooth. Would have rated 5 stars but my credit Union called me and said payoff was short even though a payoff letter was provided.

Everything was very good. Customer service was great they were great at contacting me with information! Everything went very smoothly. I would give them five stars except that one month before the quote for my car was alot more. And looking on THEIR site it showed that car sales were up 9% this month. And yet they offered me $3500 less. 😟

Great offer price, easy process, quick service & friendly phone reps. Our only issue was that our sales doc was sent to our old address automatically, even after I requested it be sent to us @ another address. Otherwise, we were very pleased!

The process was quick and easy.

My offer from Car Gurus was the highest of 6 places. Submitted my paperwork, scheduled a pick up, packet came 2 days later. The morning of pick up the driver never showed. I called and Car Gurus apologized and sent a new driver that afternoon. The new driver was awesome. My money was in my bank account the next morning.

There seemed to be a steep learning curve to serve off the beaten path. It took over 2 weeks to find a transport from the northern CA coast to inland.

Exceeded my expectations 😊
