Just a small hiccup

Everything went well until it came time to pick the car up. There wasn't any Uber or Lyft drivers to take the person that was going to inspect and confirm the sale to my home. I had to miss two days of work and a lot of communication but finally someone used her own vehicle to come to get the truck we sold to the company. Other than this, it was a very smooth process.

A good option for selling your car.

Everything was seamless and professional up to the day of pick up. There seems to be a need for better communication between the actual driver and corporate. It seems that the “right hand” doesn’t know what the “left hand” is doing. My interaction with the driver was flawless. It was corporate messaging that seemed to get it wrong.

Tesla Sale

Best offer among the 5 or so online auto retailers I solicited, and the process was relatively smooth. Some confusion arose due to the multiple entities involved in the sales/inspection/pickup process - see notes below.

Good Experience

Heather who picked the vehicle was wonderful. She was on time, very helpful and compassionate. And also Marshall was helpful during the zoom and got my payment to me immediately.

Sale of Nissan Versa

Great experience dealing with CarGurus. The only glitch was they missed the first appointment and had to come the next day to pick up the car. But the rep was courteous and knowledgeable. All in all I would use CarGurus again!
