Everything went well,, but was disappointed with the pickup service. Didn't speak much English, didn't understand the process. Had to call someone to find out that I had to sign the title, didn't know that the check was inside the FedEx envelope.

I am satisfied with experience overall

The price I received for my car was fair. The process for picking up the car was disorganized. The contact person didn’t seem to know the process and the transporter who came to get the car the first time didn’t know how to drive a standard. The car stayed with me for one extra night until an appropriate transporter could come and get it.

Relatively easy process, and overall, the offer was much better than most when I did my comparison.

I especially enjoyed your staff from the call center in Florida. Every time I called with any questions, they were polite, understanding, efficient and responsible. Had it not been for their high level of understanding, I may not have followed-through with selling my vehicle to CarGurus. I mean, having to waits three hours AFTER my vehicle has gone down the road with strangers before I can deposit the payment is definitely a little nerve-racking.

Wasn’t bad had to jump through some hoops but they work with you to make it quick.

The process was easy, and the pick-up was great. My only gripe is that I don't feel you get the best offers right off the bat. I think the site plays games by offering something lower and then if you don't take it then they claim to look at current pricing and then offer something higher.

The process was fast and easy. The first offer that we received was a bit disappointing, but the second one that was sent a few days later was good. Definitely would use Car Gurus again!
