Other offers were a bit more even after starting the process but again CarGurus was just easier l.

the process was extremally easy. that ease comes with a little price. the offer wasn't the best. It was actually the lowest. On a standard auto with no issues i don't know that that this is the best option. if you have issues (dents etc..), time constraints or just want to be done with the car. Carguru checked all the boxes.

Decent process, not a lot of hassle. I would consider doing it again in the future...

I thought the whole process was pretty easy and I’m happy with it. The only complaint I have is about all of the pictures that had to be taken off the vehicle. As part of my process I was required to complete a “self-inspection” which consisted of taking A LOT of pictures of the car. I understand this and had no issue with it. But then the next day someone had to come out for a “mechanical inspection”. Ok, I get that too but all they did was take a bunch more of the same pictures that I already had! They started the car too but I’m not sure if that was just so he could record the odometer reading or for some “mechanical” reason. Finally, on the day of pick-up the woman taking delivery also took many pictures! Again, the same as I already had. I mean, none of it was any real trouble for me, I just didn’t understand the redundancy. I guess, maybe, I could’ve been spared a half an hour out in the cold and wind taking pictures of the car if I’d known that two more people were going to do the same thing!

Everything was great but I had a man call and said that the date I selected for the pick-up he was not available, and he said he would kick it back to Cargurus and I had to call a number of times to see if someone else was scheduled to come out. After I spoke to him the first time, I heard back from no one.

Lots of back and forth regarding pickup. But once the driver actually came the whole process was quick and easy. They don’t technically service my area so I wasn’t sure why I was given a pick up date they couldn’t meet.
