Overall, the process was pretty smooth. I had trouble understanding some of the directions I was given via cell phone concerning the pick up. The original pick up person was sick and the sub was not very informative. In the end the deal was done. I would use Car Gurus again.

The entire process was easy. The drop off could have been smoother. I was given the option to drop off for an increase in the purchase price. But the place where I dropped the vehicle was a bit confused when I dropped it off. Other than that the process went well.
