Car gurus: 2016 Highlander sale

The entire process was handled professionally and on time! The only issue I had was the offer price and no way to discuss it with a Car Guru’s employee that was in a high enough position to make a decision.
Other than that, I was very happy with everyone I was involved with. Thank You! I highly recommend Car Gurus if you are looking to sell your vehicle!

Super easy process and both the mechanic and the pick up person were friendly and helpful. Thought I'd get an offer closer to the Kelly Blue Book amount, though, for a low-mileage hybrid in good shape.

Good experience would think about doing it again.

The price offered was extremely reasonable. The process was daunting and extremely repetitive. I felt like the same exact tasks had to be completed by 3 different Individuals during the process. I also found it hard to make contact with a person the first time an issue arose. Once I had a phone number for someone to contact it became a lot easier to get through the process.
