Took too long and the price reduction was overkill the inspection said it was a possible smoking car it was not it’s been family owned since new never smoked in

CarGuru’s offered the best price for my car and picked it up from my house. Money was in my account the next business day. CarGuru process took about 10 days start to finish, so not nearly as quick as going to Carmax, but was worth the time and extra steps to get $1,500 more. I would sell to CarGurus again in the future.

The app was extremely easy to use although I found the wording on the question concerning if the car was drivable a bit confusing. It wasn't initially clear to me whether answering yes meant it was drivable or not drivable. This lead to a delay in the pick up. Also at pick up there was an issue with the mileage CG said I reported and what the car's odometer showed. When I pulled up my car on the app it showed I reported the correct mileage. We worked it out and the driver took delivery. Other than these miner glitches I was happy with the whole experience.

I didn't like that I had to wait 3 hours to cash the check. My Jeep was inspected a few days before pickup and then by the man that actually took it. I signed over the title. Cargurus had my Jeep and a signed title, but I had to wait for the check to be activated?

Sale process was very good but too long and too much bureaucracy. Other companies can make this process in one day.

Love the service and immediately available chat feature anytime I had questions. The self confirming conditions app is terrible especially considering a mechanical inspection was necessary anyway. The prices was smooth and schedule accommodating. I got good value for my vehicle.

The communication throughout the sale process was very good. After doing a self-inspection, they sent an inspector to my house to check the car out. Due to a couple things he found, they lowered the original offer, but it was still fair.

The process was fairly easy and everyone we dealt with was great! The offer was good but turned out $2k less than what kbb offered, but we were already in the process when I checked them so we just stayed with you.
