Quick and Easy!!

Everything was great except payment for my vehicle. I was told I would receive my funds direct deposit immediately only to find out afterwards that it takes 3-5 days. I thought that was very misleading

The only problem was the pickup. The first date the driver never showed or called. But Customer Service was extremely helpful

I needed to sell my car and CarGurus offer was the best. The process from start to finish was relatively painless. I’m glad I went with CarGurus.

For an old guy with limited technology it was surprisingly easy to follow the instructions and download the documents for the sale.
The pick up day arrived and they came right on time.
The driver was very hospitable and asked a few questions. He then inspected the car and notified Car Gurus II signed electronically ,received a bill of sale on my I pad and a note to tell me that the funds were clear.
I have never ever sold a vehicle so seamlessly and easily.

The overall process was fairly straightforward. However, there was confusion at times because I was receiving notices to take the next step when I had already done so. Also, I had to employ the help of a friend to do the self inspection because my camera was not powerful enough to accomplish this.

Good experience

The process was acceptable for the most part. Title transfer wasn't a clear process. 3rd party inspection was good.
Pickup was performed by a 3rd party that didn't fully understand the process. We kind of winged it. It wasn't made clear that the check wouldn't be funded until after pickup, vehicle review and an email releasing funds within 4 hours.
