At first I was freaking out since this process is different than the norm. CarGurus does exactly what they said they would do. Got my money 2 days after and the remaining balance was paid off about 4 days after I sold my car. Only hassle (if there would be one) was scheduling the car pickup. Customer service is fantastic and we're able to reassure me on all my questions and concerns everytime I called. Which btw was like 12 times in the span of 5 days. Amazing service and overall am satisfied with the results
