prepare for some snafus along the way. Was supposed to get my car picked up on a Saturday in the two hour window they gave me. They no showed and then spent 90 minutes on the phone nailing them down for a time they could come get it. No compensation for my time. Frustrating.

I used CarGurus to sell my car via their buying program (not to a private party). I checked quotes from about five other companies, and CarGurus offered the most money. Plus, they picked up my car from my house. Super easy and convenient. I totally recommend them, and I'd use them again!

Everything was actually quite easy and efficient. My only issue was that my original BOS had a drastically incorrect odometer reading. It took about an hour of text-chatting to get that worked out. Otherwise, the experience was good and I would do it again.

Now the negatives:
1) It took almost a week for your contracted people to come pick up the car, so I could get paid
2) When your contractors call they do NOT identify themselves as working for CarGurus... First they mention some company I have never heard of.... Then they say that they are contractors for Car Offer, which I also had never heard of....
This is flat out STUPID!
EVERYONE that represents CarGurus should say that they represent CarGurus PERIOD!
And the PAYMENTS should come from Car Gurus and NOT from some other company, Car Offers, that nobody has heard of .
