Overall, the was a good deal and fairly easy to make the transaction. A couple of hiccups:
The terms agreed to when uploading documents to get the offer "locked in" say that acceptance of the terms means acceptance of the offer. I don't believe that is the intention, so should be revised.
On drop-off of my vehicle, there was a fair amount of confusion at the drop-off site. They apparently were doing their first CarGurus transaction, and my arrival was a bit of a surprise. Things worked out pretty quickly, but it was disconcerting.
Overall, though, I'm quite pleased.

Overall it was a very good experience it was nice and easy. However we only received a 2 hour notice that the driver to pick up the car would be arriving and we would need to be present to sign paperwork. A 2 hour notice is not a lot of time to figure out work arrangements to be able to leave in the middle of the day and that was very inconvenient.

The good news: lots of support and willingness to answer return calls. The on site inspection took 20-30 minute IN MY DRIVEWAY ( other services require you to take you car to a car lot fir “ possible purchase pending inspection.

The process went very smoothly until it was time for the car to be inspected and picked up. On that day nobody showed. After talking to CarGurus and CarOffer they finally offered a virtual inspection over Zoom and a self drop off they was 20 minutes away. The Zoom process went incredibly well and the drop off was no issue. I received my money 2 business days later via direct deposit. I also received a $250 incentive via check for doing the virtual inspection and drop off. So in the end it all worked out but they definitely need to work on the pickup process.
