It would have been a 5 star experience but the day my vehicle was scheduled to be picked the transport company never showed up. Carguru did not want to take responsibility for the transport's company lack of communication. After talking to a manager I was compensated for my time and my vehicle was picked up on rescheduled day.

Your offer was a lot less than Carvana, but you promised to pick up the car at my residence whereas they said I'd have to deliver it to their hub about 150 miles away, so I went with CarGurus. I was disappointed that I had to wait a couple of weeks for you to arrange a pickup, and then I had to wait several days for your check to clear at my bank.

Did record online and got my quote. Accepted the quote and had to send personal information, milage, and title pics to CarGuru. Then scheduled pick up and sat back to wait on pickup. The day before received a FedEx package with check, License plate and instructions for next day to hand driver. Internet service is a must for pickup and DocuSign Showed up on time , did paperwork, took pictures, and drove away.

Great price offered, very easy to sell. Only problem was delay in car pick up by towing company

Cargurus was true to their word …They came on time to pick up the car and had the necessary documents as well as the check for me

The amount they paid was great. Their pick up service needs work on communication skills. Said they'd be here Monday between 9 and 11. I called them to find out where they were at 7 pm. Said they would be here Tuesday 9-11.... I called them back again in the afternoon..... their pick up person had a death in the family. Should have called us instead of telling us they were coming....
Finally came on Wednesday.

Had no problems with experience.
