Very easy sale at a fair price. The pick up agent was awesome. The only reason I didn't rate higher is because we got a lot of emails and messages that were confusing. For example, after we made the deal, we still got emails that said "you have three more days to make the deal". Many more confusing emails after the sale was complete.
We were also nervous when the car was gone and it took a couple of days for the funds to get to the bank. Otherwise, it was a very good transaction.

Great offer, process easy, They rescheduled 2x which was very frustrating. Once they actually came after speaking to supervisor , pick up process was so easy and seamless. Driver was very nice and professional

Instant offer doesn't mean an instant process. Not streamlined. Had to continually call/text to get our car note paid off. One agent said "the check was lost in the mail". Took over a week to get paid off after they picked up the vehicle. Very nerve racking.

I would say that the main problem I had is communicating with anyone in regards to pick up of vehicle. It was rescheduled twice without any notice of why. I called many times and it was escalated twice. I finally had to ask for supervisor and then I demanded yo talk to main person in regards to why no-one has called about picking up my car. I was told they couldn't find a driver to take the car. They also said they might have to cancel agreement . They finally got someone to pick up my car .

Overall experience was ok. Vehicle was not picked up when scheduled. Then electronic payment was not received and I had to escalate daily to finally get the payment reissued.

I was made a fair offer, and the process required for approval of the car was sensible. The mechanic who inspected it was good. But the process for picking up the car was frustrating. The first time was canceled, the second time the driver did not show up, and finally they picked up the car at the third appointment.

A bit confusing. Car was taken without a mechanical inspection. Sent instructions to sign title for the wrong state assuming address was where the car was registered. Process was different.

Because I live an hour and a half from a major city, it took over a month for my vehicle to be picked up. Dates kept getting canceled. Once a date was canceled, Car Gurus never initiated a new date. I had to make phone calls and initiate the process again.
