I did purchase the car, but did not leave feeling really good about the experience. I was forced to use their lender at a higher interest rate even though I told them we already had a loan ready to go. I was told a car care insurance would cost one price then when I went to take it the cost was much higher. I did not feel like I was an appreciated customer at this dealership, nor did it seem like they cared about me as a customer. I called several times for information. I live quite a distance and in the end had to drive all the way down to get the answer I was looking for, which again was not favorable. The attitude is "take it or leave it"

Very poor, they would not even entertain my offer for a vehicle they had via e-mail they insisted I come into the dealership in person and "discuss it" I am over an hour away so I was trying to put something together before I wasted 2 or more hours of my day just driving back and forth. I ended up finding the exact same vehicle for $10-K less, certified and drove the vehicle home the same day I drove down to look at it. The dealership then contacted me The last day of September and asked me if I was still interested so they could close a deal before the end of the month. I don`t think I would recommend any one I know to go to BOCH just because they wanted top dollar for their vehicle without even trying to negotiate thru e-mail.

This dealership was very accommodating and knowledgeable about the cars I wanted to look at. They have a great selection to choose from. They took my price range into account and made my payments right were I wanted them to be. They cleaned and registered the car for me in the matter of a couple hours. This is a very efficient and reliable dealership. Highly recommend!!

Bought the car after 2 days I went to services cuz it had missing fire .and break The service say is no thing with the car and still had same problem and I called the customer care Honda them say them can't do any thing about TV it even I got another 2 report saying the cat missing fire and need breaks which means it not safe for my 4 years old . And them say we don TV care u can do what ever u want and we already sold the car so nothing GB can do about it . The surprise when the mischance told me in the testing ride it's need breaks and blogs and tons it's the very bad thing happen in my life. And this people

I was totally prepared to have a horrible experience at a car dealership, but Boch's employees were excellent. Between the GM, the dealer (KC) and the finance guy they treated me with respect and didn't try to pull any fast ones on me. They let me drive it to a nearby mechanic for an inspection because I couldn't believe how great the deal was on such an excellent condition car and sure enough it checked out spotless. They even did a final detailing job and aligned the front tires as they were off only barely. A month later I'm in love with it still and would highly recommend this dealership.

People here seemed helpful, but we gave them two days notice before we went and drove quite a distance to get there, only to find they couldn't find the keys for a test drive. Lots of email and phone call follow ups, kind of aggressive for dropping the all.

I did an inquiry 2x through CarGurus. The first salesman wasn’t available when I called back, and I spoke with someone else, not sure who and asked if I could buy a car. Still waiting on that return call. Called again and spoke with another salesman, asked if he could sell me a car – and I received some e-mail response run around about having to make an appointment to come in. I told that salesman I was from the west coast and would be purchasing the car at the posted price. The email response was: “I just spoke with my manager he relayed the information that you would have to stop into the dealership one time minimum. After that one time you would leave a deposit and work out the deal, we then start the registration process. We make sure the vehicle is registered. After that 2 week process you can either pick up the vehicle or you can arrange a delivery of your vehicle. That is the only way we work out the out of state for customers who do not live in New England. Thank you for your time and I look forward to hearing a response from you.” I called again, this time spoke with yet another salesman and asked if HE can sell me a car– He said he’s get back to me Sunday after confirming whether or not there were 2 keys, manuals, headsets. I called and left 2 as of yet messages and unreturned calls. I offered to make a deposit, he said it would be $4000. I said that was fine and asked if he need my information. He said no, he’d have to get approval first. I withdraw my full-price “offer” and have purchased a vehicle directly from a reputable dealer. I’m not sure what business you’re actually in unless it’s some sort of financing scam. I have read the reviews of others on the different sites and I can see that my experience is very similar to many of the other dissatisfied customers. I will be leaving a review on each of the sites and one to the BBB. I did share this message with the sales manager in their survey earlier this week.The lack of any timely response leads me to believe that there's something going on there that isn't quite as it seems. ZERO stars! I am glad I went elsewhere.But, CarGurus is a great site.

I had a great experience at Boch. I called about the vehicle I was interested in they asked what time I would like to come in and see it and it was ready when I got there. No pushy salesman. Answered all my questions explained all the options. Made the choice of buying there easy.

I wanted to know about the car. But the more i thought about my car and the situation I knew it wasn't going to work. But they insisted I go down and crunch the numbers. I had an appointment for Friday but never showed. I emailed and said I was sorry but I just knew the deal didn't work. So they told me I wouldnt know till I crunched the numbers. So I went down there first thing Monday morning and they said I'd basically have to buy the car in cash. The car is 20 grand???? They said it's almost impossible to get a loan because the car was a 2004. Then after that no one said anything, like see anything else you like, nothing!!! So I wasted driving down there after I told them what I already knew and after 5 or 6 different emails

Wasnt too thrilled that the price they listed was only available if you used their financing. I checked the website again and it didnt say anything about it and i argued with them for a while and they gave me some reason about how they get the money instantly from their banks and they would have to wait 10 days if i used my bank. In the end i got the truck for what i wanted but i did use their bank. After the purchase it took them 3 attempts to try and register the car in my name. Since im military it was a little complicated however they were very slow to call me and let me know what was going on. I ended up driving to the DMV myself and getting it done. The staff is very friendly.

I showed up for my appointment to see a 2013 Toyota Avalon. Then when I get there they tell me that the vehicle is not there. I drove 45 minutes down there just for them to tell me they don't have the vehicle there and try to sell me another car. Worst experience I've had with the dealership.

They are overwhelming! They seem disorganized with too many sales agent calling me to schedule a visit. Investigated their fees (Doc fee & others fees) are over the top.

The vehicle we went to see died on us mid test drive, but the fact that once we said we were going to look elsewhere the manager couldnt even be bothered to come talk to us would make me never come ba k to this place.

Literally set up an appointment with someone for 2:30 in the afternoon drove an hour and a half to get there to be told that it was sold an hour and a half before. Not to mention I didn't even get a call to let me know this before I drove the hour and a half to Norwood

Very low on my trade by 3000 and wouldn't budge on price of car and wouldn't give me my keys when I wanted to leave. They said it will take 10 minutes when I sat for an hour. Never offered me something to drink until I asked at the end. Very pushy

What a bunch of used car lying heads! They would not even take me seriously on a trade of my 2009 G8GT that had 5100 miles on it. Most of of the car dealers do not take of us real people that have a real trade seriously, even when with given the VIN # .It doesn't matter.
