Why it stands out
The 2020 Chevrolet Equinox stands out for its combination of comfort, practicality, and a host of standard safety technologies that aim to make driving easier and safer. This compact crossover SUV checks many boxes for everyday drivers, offering ample cargo space and a higher driving position compared to sedans. It features adaptive technologies like Chevrolet Safety Assist, which includes advanced safety systems such as forward-collision warning and automatic emergency braking. Additionally, its easy-to-use infotainment system, Bluetooth compatibility, and smartphone integration through Apple CarPlay and Android Auto enhance the convenience for tech-savvy users. However, it’s worth noting that some owners have reported a lack of power in the base engine and a general feeling of low-quality interior materials, which could be a consideration for buyers focusing on luxury and performance.

1. Remote start on the key fob doesn’t work 2. Tires sensors are not functional 3. The hood keeps flapping at 70mph 4. Engine light is on 5. Traction light is on 6. Tires low pressure lights are on 7. Change oil light is on 8. Hydraulic and wiper tanks cannot hold fluid That vehicle is not safe to drive, not road worthy and I will be surprised if it passes inspection

I got this car less than a week ago. I got the premium 2.0 model with the panoramic roof and ventilated seats. The features are very good, I got the 2 tone leather interior which is also very sharp. The 2.0 turbo engine feels as good as if not more powerful than my V6 in my Jeep Cherokee I had prior. There is a ton of space in this vehicle for this size category. It runs quiet and smooth, the cabin is quiet also. It seems to be going through gas quickly so the verdict is out on gas mileage. The electric seats give endless settings, however I havent been able to find my comfortable spot yet for some reason. This car had better reliability ratings than other vehicles I looked at and offered a lot of features you would see in a Lincoln or higher end car for the money.
